My Approach

From intention to breakthrough.

Imagine what could happen when you and your team actually
act in alignment with the future you aim to create.

For most of us, there is a gap between where we are and where we want to be. Roadblocks are inevitable. Reactivity is not.

The leader

Within the leader.

THE TEAM

Between the people.

The organization

Across the organization.

Where It Starts

At the edge of the familiar.

Most leaders reach out at a turning point.

CHALLENGES

A plan that needs traction, a partnership under strain, or a team that needs more support.

OPPORTUNITIES

A bigger role, business growth, or transition plan that requires you and others to grow too.

At the edge, judgment that has always worked becomes harder to trust and an outside view is most valuable.

Nothing is wrong. The territory is new.

Who I Work With, and How

Leaders, partners, and teams

Founders building something new. Executives carrying more. Owners preparing for what comes next. Partners who need to decide together. Teams that have to turn direction into results.

Coaching develops leaders. Consulting works on the business. I work on both at once because the issues are rarely separate.

Sometimes the work is with one leader. Often it includes a partner, a leadership team, or a board. It happens online or in person, in whatever form serves the work.

How I Work

An outside perspective

Close enough to understand the situation and far enough to see what those inside cannot.

Clear and direct

I ask questions, test assumptions, and say plainly what I see. You'll hear what others won't tell you.

Your choice

The decisions remain yours. The authority stays where it belongs. The accountability is mutual.

Core Offer

A quarterly rhythm.

Most work begins with a quarter: an hour every week, or 90 minutes every two weeks. By the end, you should be able to point to decisions made, conversations had, and commitments kept. Clarity. Alignment. Results.

  1. 1

    Opening

    Set the intention

Where things stand, what is at stake, what could happen, and what this quarter is for.

  2. 2

    Through the quarter

    Work the roadblocks

Possibilities, choices, and action: within you, between your people, and across the organization.

  3. 3

    EVALUATE & LEARN

    Account for alignment

Did you and your people act in line with what you intended? What moved, what you learned, and what is next.

Beyond the core, offers are designed for purpose:
work with partners, teams, boards, and retreats.
